Last updated: June 16, 2026
FI Jewelry (operated by XYZ Jewelry LLC, "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, place an order, or use our financing program — and what we do with it.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at fijewelry.hello@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
1.1 Information you give us directly
When you fill out our consultation form, place an order, sign up for financing, or contact us by email or social DM, we collect:
- Your name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional in some forms, required for financed orders)
- City and state (optional, used to estimate financing eligibility)
- Order details — piece type, materials, stones, size, engraving, budget, design preferences, inspiration links, occasion
- Payment information (processed by our payment partner — see Section 3)
- For financed orders only: date of birth, government-issued ID number — required by federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA) compliance
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our hosting provider and analytics tools log:
- Your IP address and approximate geographic location (city/state level)
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Referring URL (where you came from)
- Pages viewed, time on each page, click behavior
- Anonymous session identifiers (cookies / local storage)
2. How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries. When you fill out the consultation form, we use your contact info to send your quote and discuss your custom piece.
- Fulfill orders. We share your shipping address with our manufacturing partner for direct-to-customer delivery (see Section 3).
- Administer financing. If you finance a purchase, we use your contact and identification info to administer the installment agreement, send payment reminders, and comply with federal lending laws.
- Improve the brand. We use anonymized analytics to understand which pieces attract interest, where visitors come from, and how to improve the experience.
- Send updates (only if you opt in). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe to our list or check a box on a form.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
3. Third-party processors
We use a small set of trusted services to operate the brand. Each one has access only to the data necessary to perform its function:
- Web3Forms — receives consultation form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Their privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized visitor analytics. Google's privacy policy.
- Square (when active) — payment processing for cards, Apple Pay, Cash App. Square's privacy policy.
- DocuSign / HelloSign (when active) — electronic signature for financing agreements.
- Our manufacturing partner — receives shipping name + address + piece specifications for direct-to-customer fulfillment. They do not receive financial data, email, or phone number.
- Hosting provider — stores the website files and routes traffic. May log IP addresses for security purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or marketers outside the services listed above.
4. How long we keep it
- Form submissions: retained in our inbox indefinitely as part of customer correspondence, but you can request deletion at any time.
- Order records: retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Financing records: retained for 7 years after final payment, as required by federal law.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics defaults (typically 14 months).
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements for financing or tax records)
- Opt out of any marketing communications at any time
- Object to certain uses of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at fijewelry.hello@gmail.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking
We use a minimal amount of tracking technology:
- Google Analytics cookies — anonymous visitor measurement only.
- Functional storage — used to remember your filter selections within the portfolio (Shop Now / Commission, category) during a session.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, but some preferences will not be saved between sessions.
8. Children
FI Jewelry is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We protect your information using industry-standard practices: HTTPS encryption on the website, password-protected accounts for our processors, and limited access to customer data by the partners (Luke Andrew Cameron and Courtney Roy Lalor Jr) only. However, no system is 100% secure — please use strong, unique passwords for any account you create with us or our partners.
